Cameo Beauty Academy has an open enrollment policy. Appointments for an admissions interview, to determine if you qualify, can be made by calling the school at (708) 636-4660. Cameo Beauty Academy can usually start a new student almost ANY TUESDAY.

Requirements

The school admits as regular Cosmetology students:

1. High School graduates,
2. Holders of High School Graduation Equivalency Diploma (GED).

Applicants for Cosmetology Teacher Course must

1. be 18 years old,
2. hold a current Illinois Cosmetology license,
3. have either a high school diploma or a GED certificate.

Grading System

Students are examined regularly in theoretical and practical work. Marking and grading are as follows:

A = 94-100 Excellent
B = 87-93 Good
C = 80-86 Average
Bellow 80 = Unsatisfactory
